1. What is the order processing and delivery time?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This is the time we need to prepare the order, pack it and hand it over to the courier for delivery. If we expect a longer order processing time, we always inform our customers as soon as possible. However, orders are not processed within 5 business days, and 89% of our shipments are completed within 24 hours!

2. How are posters packed for shipping?

When ordering only posters, the posters are wrapped in a roll and wrapped in additional foil and shipped in a stiff cardboard tube. A cardboard tube ensures safe delivery of your poster.

In the case of orders consisting of posters and frames, we frame the posters at the customer's request. Framed posters are shipped in a stiff cardboard box, additionally secured with bubble wrap.

3. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is not necessary. You can place an order as a guest.

However, by creating an account you receive additional benefits:

  • history of your orders and payments
  • easy and quick access to ordering
  • a chance for additional discounts

Setting up your account will only take you a moment. For your convenience, we have introduced the ability to log in to our store using your Facebook and Google accounts.

4. I want to buy a poster in a different size, such as A4 and A3. If it is possible?

Sure, our offer also includes posters that perfectly match frames purchased at IKEA. In addition to A4 and A3 sizes, you will find posters in sizes 30x40, 40x50, 50x70 and 61x91.

Of course, it is possible to purchase a poster in a non-standard size. Please contact us at info@scandiposter.pl to determine the order size, payment method and delivery.

Such an order is an individual order and is processed only upon payment in advance, and returns are not accepted.

5. What payment methods are available?

There are several ways to pay for the ordered goods:

  • through online payment, the so-called online transfer. We process such payments in cooperation with Przelewy24.pl
  • via PayPal
  • Cash on delivery - you pay at a parcel locker or to the courier when you collect the order from him
  • by bank transfer to our account - however, this form significantly extends the order processing time due to the long time it takes for the payment to be credited to bank accounts

7. What are the delivery methods? What are the shipping costs?

We send parcels using InPost parcel lockers or InPost courier. Unfortunately, shipping via the classic Polish Post parcel or personal collection is not possible.

8. Are shipments abroad possible?

Yes. We send our posters to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden and Italy.

9. What paper are the posters printed on?

Our posters are printed on the highest quality matte paper. Depending on the size of the poster, we use different types of paper weight.

For A4 and A3 posters, we use 160g paper.
However, posters in sizes 30x40, 40x50, 50x70, 61x91 and individually upon request are made on 180g paper.

10. Can I buy a poster from you that will fit IKEA frames?

Of course! From us you will get any poster size you are interested in! You can order it by e-mail or choose from the sizes available when purchasing the poster. We have every poster design available immediately in sizes 30 cm x 40 cm, 40 cm x 50 cm, 50 cm x 70 cm and 61 cm x 91 cm.

11. Are the posters sold with a frame?

We sell all our posters without frames. The price shown for the poster is the price for the poster without a frame. If you want to buy a frame for your poster, please contact us by e-mail info@scandiposter.pl and we will prepare an attractive offer for a framed poster for you.

12. Can I return the posters?

Of course! If for some reason our posters do not meet your expectations, please return them to us! You have up to 14 calendar days to do so!

To return your posters, please let us know by sending an e-mail to adress@scandiposter.pl
Then carefully pack the posters into the tube in which they were delivered to you and send them back to us at:

We will refund the purchased posters within a maximum of 7 calendar days. Remember that the returned posters do not show signs of use, dirt or damage, because in this situation you may be charged with compensation for reducing the value of the poster beyond the activities needed to
evaluation or poster stay, i.e. testing. We would also like to remind you that it is not possible to return custom-made posters.

13. My posters were damaged during delivery. What now?
