Returns and exchanges of posters in the Scandi Poster store are simple and quick. You can easily return or exchange the product purchased from us.
To make the entire procedure run smoothly, it is worth remembering a few rules which are presented below.

No matter what the reason for the return is, we will take it back without any problem. We wait for the return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase . Remember that the returned posters do not show signs of use, dirt or damage, because in this situation you may be charged compensation for a reduction in the value of the poster beyond the activities needed to assess whether to keep the poster, i.e. testing.

Therefore, if you feel that after purchasing you will probably want to return the product to us, please keep the packaging in which you received the shipment from us, just in case. Our packaging guarantees the return of the shipment without damage. We recommend keeping not only the cardboard (tube), but also the protective filling.

We would like to remind you that it is not possible to return personalized or custom-made products.


Quick InPost Returns via Parcel Locker

For the convenience and comfort of our customers, we have introduced the Quick Returns option via InPost parcel lockers. Now returns are even faster and easier!

How to send a return parcel with Quick Return?

If you want to use our new option of sending a parcel using InPost parcel lockers, go to https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/scandiposter and fill out the form. If you are returning a poster in a tube, please select the Small shipment size. Please wait for us to accept your application within 1 business day. You will receive an SMS with a code to the phone number you provided. The code will be valid for 14 days.

The parcel is sent non-cash, but it is not a free return - the amount of PLN 15 will be deducted from the value of the goods you are returning. Don't forget to attach the completed return form to your shipment (you received it electronically to your email address on the day you placed your order).

On the prepared parcel, write the shipping code received via SMS, our company address and go to any InPost parcel locker. The received code will be used to open the box. On the parcel locker panel, select: "I want to send a parcel", then "I have a shipping/return code". Use the code you received and select the locker size Small (A) if you are returning a poster in a tube.

If the "InPost Quick Returns" option is selected, the cost of sending the return (PLN 15) will be deducted from the value of the returned goods. The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to our headquarters. You will receive an email notification from us when the funds have been transferred to your account.

The amount will be refunded within 14 business days using the same payment method you chose when placing your order with us. All shipping costs are your responsibility, and we only refund the returned product.


Product replacement

Is the poster you bought too big or too small? Or maybe you liked something else?

We understand it perfectly! The poster replacement procedure is very simple! We give you 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange the product. Remember that the replaced posters do not show signs of use, dirt or damage, because in this situation you may be charged compensation for a reduction in the value of the poster beyond the activities needed to assess whether to keep the poster, i.e. testing.

Therefore, if you feel that after purchasing you will probably want to exchange our product for another one, keep the packaging in which you received the shipment from us, just in case. Our packaging guarantees that the shipment will be replaced without damaging it. We recommend keeping not only the cardboard, but also the protective filling.
